For the past few months, I’ve been developing a new tool to help unify product teams around achieving common objectives through following product management best practices.
To do this, I’ve been coding nights and weekends to build a simple tool that provides a platform for engagement around building compelling products.
The idea is to bring an entire organization together to align key product management and marketing activities. These activities including identifying challenges and opportunities, defining products and enhancements, tracking and communicating marketing activities, codifying customer touchpoints, sharing competitive research, improving team performance, clarifying role definitions, and all within a framework of achieving personal, product, and organizational goals. If this sounds like a mouthful, it’s because product management is really a big job when it is done right.

I’m super excited about this product. It is the tool I wish I always had. I’m looking forward to sharing more the world in the coming months and years.
