We offer a 14 day trial period with every account. So that means when you sign up, you won’t be charged until the 14th day and can cancel at any time during the trial.

Yes! We can provide some consulting services to help you and your community think about your strategy for using Prodmentum.
When you sign up, you pay for a certain number of seats. You can go in and add more seats any time and your bill should be adjusted retroactively.
Yes. In order to cover our basic costs for setting up and hosting an account without any advertising, we require a starting number of seats as a bare minimum.
There is a support center in our application that you can use to find articles and insights. You can also contact our agents for support through our integrated ticketing system.
Yes, but you won’t be charged until the 14 day free trial is complete. If you cancel any time before that period completes, you will be charged nothing.
Yes. We encrypt our website in SSL and all uploads and download locations are encrypted with private URLs.
If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, we can provide a refund in most circumstances.
